Credibility of a Leader

As a leader, you can stand being suaned or making mistakes and learning from them. But one thing you cannot tolerate is doing things that will destroy your credibility.

It takes one stupid action from a person to destroy the credibility painstaking built up over the years. And thereafter, it takes many more years to repair the damage.
